Ninja Ripper v2.10

Extract 3D models, textures, and shaders directly from any running game or 3D application.

Ninja Ripper hooks into the rendering pipeline of a live game session and captures everything the GPU is being told to draw — meshes, textures, and shaders — exactly as they exist in memory. No file-format reverse engineering, no digging through packed archives. If it's on your screen (and sometimes even behind the camera), you can rip it.

✨ Features

🚀 Quick Start

  1. Launch Ninja Ripper (run as Administrator).
  2. Target Exe — browse to the game's executable. Use the x86 build for 32-bit games, x64 for 64-bit.
  3. Output Directory — choose where ripped files should land.
  4. Wrapper — pick the injection method matching the game's graphics API (Intruder Inject is a good first guess; for DX12 games try the D3D11 wrapper).
  5. Click Run — the game launches with the ripper attached.
  6. In-game, get close to the model you want (this forces high-res textures to load), then press the rip hotkey.
  7. The game will freeze briefly — that means it's working. Wait for it to unfreeze, then check your output folder for a timestamped _NinjaRipper directory full of .RIP / .nr and .DDS files.

Tip: In Settings you can configure separate hotkeys for All (meshes + textures), Textures only, and Forced rip mode with a configurable interval.

📥 Importing Your Rips

Ninja Ripper ships with importers for the tools you already use:

Textures are exported as .DDS — view and convert them with XnView or IrfanView. Ripped materials typically come in sets of three: base color, specular, and normal/bump map.

⚙️ Known Limitations

❓ Troubleshooting

Nothing ripped

Logo doesn't appear / PrintScreen not working

Game crashes on rip

Ripper not injecting

Ninja Ripper is a research and preservation tool intended for personal study, game archaeology, modding research, and 3D-art learning. Ripped assets remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. Do not redistribute extracted content, use it commercially, or upload it to asset stores. Respect EULAs, and be aware that using injection tools in online games may violate anti-cheat policies — rip responsibly, offline, and at your own risk.

Searching Database…

What is this?Ninja Ripper is a tool that hooks into a running game's rendering pipeline and extracts the 3D meshes, textures, and shaders exactly as the GPU is drawing them, without needing to reverse-engineer the game's file formats.
Is this a plugin for my 3D software or a standalone app?It is a standalone Windows launcher: you point it at a game's executable, pick an injection wrapper matching the game's graphics API, and run the game through it. Separate importer add-ons/plugins for Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, and Noesis are bundled to bring the ripped files into your editor afterward.
How do I rip assets from a game?Launch Ninja Ripper as Administrator, browse to the game's exe (x86 or x64 build matching the game), set an output directory, pick a wrapper matching the game's graphics API, click Run, then move close to the model in-game and press the rip hotkey — the game will freeze briefly while it dumps files.
What do I need to actually use the ripped files afterward? No account or API key is required to rip; for importing results you need Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya with the bundled add-ons, or Noesis to convert .RIP files to .OBJ, and a DDS-capable image viewer like XnView or IrfanView for the textures.
What won't it capture correctly?Bones, rigs, animations, and skin weights are not saved, so ripped models come frozen in whatever in-game pose they were in; geometry can appear stretched, and Unreal Engine/RE Engine titles using virtual texturing require manually matching textures to meshes afterward.
Is it legal to use the assets I rip?The tool is positioned as research/preservation only: ripped assets stay the IP of their publishers, and the README warns against redistributing, selling, or uploading them to asset stores, plus notes that injection tools can trigger anti-cheat in online games.
Which graphics APIs does it support?DirectX 7 through 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL, since it hooks at the graphics API level rather than parsing specific file formats.
Can it rip Android games?Yes, it supports ripping Android games running under emulators like Nox, BlueStacks, MuMu, and LDPlayer.
Why does the game freeze when I hit the rip hotkey? That freeze is expected — it means the ripper is actively dumping meshes and textures; just wait for it to unfreeze and check the timestamped output folder.
What should I do if antivirus flags it or nothing gets ripped?Whitelist the tool or temporarily disable your antivirus since the injection mechanism trips AV heuristics, and delete any leftover d3dX.dll from the game folder after game updates before re-running.
