У приложения нет разрешения android.permission.INTERNET.

aapt dump permissions app-release.apk

Android

Searching Database…

What is this?An Android app (Souchastnik) that tells you what criminal charge you might face in Russia for something you wrote online, and flags mentions of 'foreign agents' or banned social networks.
Is this a standalone Android app or a library? It's a standalone Android app, not a library or service — the author explicitly notes it only works on Android.
How do I use it?You type or paste the text in question into the app; a trigger dictionary first narrows down candidate articles, then the on-device AI model judges whether there is a criminal offense.
What hardware does it need?Android 9 or newer on an arm64 device; it's been tested on 4 GB RAM (Honor 9X).
Will the analysis always be fast? Not on older chips: on processors without dotprod support (Cortex-A53/A73 like Kirin 710, Snapdragon 680/662, Helio G35) a single phrase takes 15–20 seconds instead of 4–6.
Does the AI model run locally?Yes, the whole model runs on-device via llama.cpp, with no server-side processing.
Does it send my text anywhere? No — the app has no INTERNET permission and never connects online; everything stays on the device.
What can I do with the code? It's GPL-3.0 and the author says you can do whatever you want with it.
What AI model powers the analysis?A quantized Qwen3.5-0.8B model running locally on-device through llama.cpp.
Does the app help me avoid getting caught? No — the author states it only constates (states facts), it is explicitly not designed to help you evade prosecution.
Are the criminal articles it cites real?Yes, the README says there are no invented articles in the reference list — for example, there is no article for simply using a VPN or Telegram.
Why isn't the trigger dictionary (triggers.json) visible in the repo? The author says publishing the full list of trigger words could get them prosecuted themselves, but says it can be provided on request.
