Plugins

Add themes, workspace panels, commands, settings screens, and coding-agent providers with trusted TypeScript plugins. Install from a local directory or Git repository with paseo plugin add <source>.

Getting Started

Paseo runs a local server called the daemon that manages your coding agents. Clients like the desktop app, mobile app, web app, and CLI connect to it.

Prerequisites

You need at least one agent CLI installed and configured with your credentials:

Download it from paseo.sh/download or the GitHub releases page. Open the app and the daemon starts automatically. Nothing else to install.

To connect from your phone, open Settings → your host → Pair Device.

CLI / headless

Install the CLI and start Paseo:

npm install -g @getpaseo/cli
paseo

Paseo starts locally, then asks whether to enable the end-to-end encrypted relay for device pairing. If you decline, connect directly over TCP, Tailscale, or another VPN. This path is useful for servers and remote machines.

Docker

Run the Paseo daemon and self-hosted web UI in Docker:

Open http://localhost:6767 after it starts. Extend the base image with the agent CLIs you use, then provide credentials through environment variables or the persistent /home/paseo volume. See the Docker documentation for full setup details.

CLI

Everything you can do in the app, you can do from the terminal.

这是什么？Paseo 是一个开源的编码智能体调度中心：在一个界面里，在你自己的机器上并行运行 Claude Code、Codex、Copilot、OpenCode 和 Pi,可以在电脑前操作，也可以用手机控制。
那它到底是一个桌面应用、一个托管服务，还是我要引入代码里的库？它是自托管软件：一个叫守护进程（daemon）的本地服务器负责管理你的智能体，客户端——桌面应用、手机应用、网页应用和命令行工具——连接到它。另外还有一个 TypeScript SDK,用来构建自定义集成。
我怎么把它跑起来？从 paseo.sh/download 或 GitHub 发布页面下载桌面应用，打开就行——守护进程会自动启动，不需要装别的东西。之后你可以把其他设备配对上来。
AI 那部分从哪来——我是不是得先自己装好智能体的命令行工具？智能体要你自己准备：至少要有一个智能体命令行工具已经装好并配置好你的凭据——Claude Code、Codex、GitHub Copilot、OpenCode 或 Pi。Paseo 只负责调度它们，本身不带任何模型。
装插件之前有什么风险需要知道吗？插件运行时能访问你的守护进程所在机器，也会在已连接的客户端里运行，所以 README 提醒只安装你信任的代码。你可以用 paseo plugin add 从本地目录或 Git 仓库添加插件。
真的能用手机操控我的智能体吗？设备之间是怎么连接的？可以——有 iOS、Android、桌面、网页和命令行客户端。在桌面应用里通过 Settings → 你的主机 → Pair Device 配对手机；命令行方式提供端到端加密的中继来配对，或者你可以通过 TCP、Tailscale 或其他 VPN 直接连接。
我的智能体跑在一台很强的服务器上——守护进程能装在那边而不是我的笔记本上吗？可以。命令行/无界面模式就是为服务器和远程机器设计的，还有一个 Docker 镜像能运行守护进程加一个自托管的网页界面——把你用到的智能体命令行工具加进镜像，再通过环境变量或 /home/paseo 卷传入凭据即可。
我用它做的事情会被上报给开发者吗？不会——Paseo 没有遥测、没有跟踪、也不强制登录，智能体就在你的机器上、你完整的开发环境里运行。可选的中继是端到端加密的，你完全可以不用它，直接连接。
能不动手就用它吗？可以——语音模式让你用说话的方式布置任务或和智能体讨论问题，不用打字，离开键盘的时候特别好用。
自带的那些技能，比如 /paseo-handoff 和 /paseo-committee，是干什么的？它们教会你的智能体互相调度：/paseo-handoff 在智能体之间传递工作（比如先用 Claude 做规划，再用 Codex 实现），/paseo-advisor 让一个智能体给出第二意见但不用把工作交出去，/paseo-committee 则召集两个立场相反的智能体来做根因分析并制定方案。
我能在它基础上做自己的工具吗？可以——TypeScript SDK @getpaseo/client 面向 issue 集成、仪表盘和调度服务，TypeScript 插件可以添加主题、工作区面板、命令，甚至新的智能体提供方，另外还有一个独立的 VS Code 扩展（paseo-vscode）。
