Awesome DeepSeek Harness Awesome

A curated list of plugins, skills, MCP servers, patch/profile layers, orchestrators, aggregators & UIs for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) — DeepSeek's official agent runtime built around the idea Model + Harness = Agent.

English | 简体中文

DeepSeek Harness ("DSH") is DeepSeek's agent runtime / harness layer — the "hands" that turn the model's reasoning into real actions (context management, tool-call orchestration, execution sandbox, feedback loop, session persistence). Its defining feature is an open plugin ecosystem: the community contributes plugins, skills, MCP servers, orchestrators, aggregators, and UIs.

This list collects the best of that ecosystem. Contributions welcome — see Contributing.

Tip for authors: DeepSeek asks plugin repositories to carry the #dsh GitHub topic so they can be discovered. Add it to your repo, then open a PR here.

Quick Start

# Launch the DSH Web UI
npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web

# Install a community plugin (from this list) into your profile
dsh plugin --profile web add "github:owner/repo#main"

Before installing, confirm the target repo carries the #dsh GitHub topic so the community hub can index it.

Profiles & Patch Layers

DSH's core composition mechanism: a profile stacks bundle patch layers, then your own cordis.patch.yml (profile-level, then $DSH_HOME-level, then --patch overlays) — letting you reshape the whole plugin tree without forking. This is the layer where task-specialized runtime configurations live: a long-horizon profile, a math-reasoning profile, a slides-editing profile are all just a different bundle stack + patch, not a different codebase. Tools and harnesses that operate at this layer (share/export a profile, or run DSH as a specialized backend under a task-specific patch) belong here rather than under generic plugins.

What is this? This is a curated awesome-list of plugins, skills, MCP servers, patch/profile layers, orchestrators, aggregators and UIs built around DeepSeek Harness (DSH) — DeepSeek's official agent runtime that turns a model's reasoning into real actions.
Is this a tool, or just a list of links? It is a single README organized into categories (Official, Profiles & Patch Layers, Visualization, Slides/PPT, Coding, Agents, Loops, MCP Servers, Orchestrators, UI/Clients, Skills, Resources) with each entry linking out to its own repo for actual code and install steps.
How do I actually install something from this list?Pick an entry under the matching category, open its repo, and run its install command — most use `dsh plugin add ` against an existing DSH install. Before adding any entry's repo, check that it carries the #dsh GitHub topic so it's recognized by the hub.
Do I need DeepSeek Harness itself installed first?Yes — every plugin, skill, preset or MCP server in this list is built for DSH, so you need deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness running before any of these entries are useful.
Are the listed plugins vetted, or is anything community-made accepted? The repo runs automated duplicate-detection and PR-validation checks, but the entries themselves are community-contributed third-party repos of varying maturity and maintenance — quality and reliability depend on each individual plugin author, not this list.
Is this list officially run by DeepSeek? No, it's a community-maintained index, but it keeps a separate 'Official' section pointing to DeepSeek's own repos like deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness, awesome-deepseek-integration and awesome-deepseek-agent.
What's a DSH 'profile' or 'patch layer'?A profile stacks bundle patch layers plus your own cordis.patch.yml on top of DSH's base plugin tree, letting you create task-specific runtime configurations (e.g. a long-horizon or slides-editing setup) without forking the harness.
Why do plugin authors need the #dsh GitHub topic?DeepSeek asks plugin repos to carry the #dsh topic specifically so the community hub (and lists like this one) can discover and index them automatically.
What kind of things can DSH plugins add?The categories cover security/permissions, session and memory management, cost tracking, IM bridges, visualization, PPT/slides generation, coding agents, auto-research loops, MCP servers, orchestrators, and custom UI clients.
