What is this?
A curated Chinese collection of internal tech-sharing PDFs and PPTs from engineers at big Chinese tech companies, pitched as a path 'from coder to CTO', plus a weekly job-listing section.
Is this software I can run, or a collection of documents?
Neither - there is no code to build or run. It is a reading list of internal talks and architecture case studies published as PDF and PPT documents.
How much material is actually in the list?
The README enumerates well over a hundred talk write-ups - from Sina Weibo's Redis optimization to running TiDB on Kubernetes at JD - though a few titles appear more than once.
Is it aimed at senior architects only?
No - the scaling case studies suit experienced backend engineers, but the job section targets campus recruiting and internships and shares interview basics for juniors.
How should I work through it?
There is no required order: skim the titles, pick a company or a topic you care about - Redis, Go, Kubernetes, big data - and read that document.
