What is this?
This is a one-click Vercel template that deploys a disguised reverse-proxy node: it looks like a plain website but actually runs a proxy backend and generates a subscription link for proxy clients.
Is this a template I deploy, or a library I import?
It is a deployable Vercel project template, not a library: you click 'Use this template' to create your own copy, then import and deploy it on Vercel.
How do I get it running?
Create your own repo from the template, edit the environment variables in index.js, replace index.html with an AI-generated plain page for disguise, then import the project into Vercel, set Install Command to 'npm install', and deploy.
Do I need a Vercel account and anything else before deploying?
Yes, you need a Vercel account to import and deploy the project; the backend itself relies on Node packages like 'ws', 'axios', '@grpc/grpc-js' and 'systeminformation', with Node 16+ required.
Will the deployed node actually work for direct connections?
No — the README explicitly warns that Vercel's assigned domain is already blocked in some regions, so you must front it with Cloudflare Workers or Snippets and your own domain before it's usable, and fill that domain back into the DOMAIN env var.
Why do I need to replace index.html with an AI-generated page?
The real index.html is swapped for a generic AI-made plain webpage so the Vercel deployment looks like an ordinary site rather than exposing the proxy backend.
What are the region codes in the README for?
They list Vercel's edge regions (e.g. hnd1 Tokyo, fra1 Frankfurt, iad1 Washington DC) that you can pick as the preferred 'address' field when generating your node's subscription config.
How do I get a working subscription link after deploying?
After deployment, set your Cloudflare-fronted domain in the DOMAIN environment variable of index.js, save it with obfuscation enabled, then retrieve the node info to build a subscription link for your client app.
What does the '哪吒' indicator mentioned in the notes mean?
It refers to an optional Nezha monitoring panel integration; if that indicator doesn't light up, you can simply leave the related field empty.
