What is this?
A continuously refreshed catalog of free public MTProto proxy servers for Telegram, rebuilt every hour with real handshake verification.
Is this a proxy app, or just a list of servers?
It is purely a list/catalog of proxy addresses with ready-made connect links (tg:// and t.me) plus machine-readable proxies.txt and proxies.json — there is nothing to install or run yourself.
How do I actually connect using one of these proxies?
Pick a server marked as working in the table and tap its tg://proxy or t.me link, which opens Telegram with the proxy already configured.
Do I need any extra software besides Telegram to use these?
No, just the Telegram client itself; developers who want to consume the list programmatically can instead fetch proxies.txt or proxies.json.
Does every proxy shown here actually work right now?
Servers are re-checked every hour (and the pinned 'Our servers' table every 10 seconds) by attempting a real fake-TLS MTProto handshake; some entries use dd secrets that can only be marked as port-open rather than fully verified.
Is this list targeted at Russian users specifically?
The project ships a separate Russian-language guide alongside the English README, so it clearly serves a Russian-speaking audience, but the proxies themselves can be used by any Telegram client worldwide.
How are the proxies in the list collected?
A script aggregates roughly 40 public proxy lists and 5 Telegram channels every hour, de-duplicates entries by server, port, and secret, then tests each one.
What do the status icons in the table mean?
A checkmark means the server passed a real MTProto handshake; a yellow dot means the port responded but the secret type (dd) could not be fully verified.
Can I pull the whole proxy list for my own app or script?
Yes, the repo publishes machine-readable proxies.txt and proxies.json files alongside the human-readable README table.
How many working proxies does the list typically contain?
At the latest refresh it listed around 900 servers overall, with 888 confirmed via a successful MTProto handshake.
