Awesome TensorFlow Awesome

A curated list of awesome TensorFlow experiments, libraries, and projects. Inspired by awesome-machine-learning.

What is TensorFlow?

TensorFlow is an open source software library for numerical computation using data flow graphs. In other words, the best way to build deep learning models.

Searching Database…

What is this?A curated list of TensorFlow experiments, libraries, and projects — an index of resources for learning and building with TensorFlow, inspired by awesome-machine-learning.
Is this TensorFlow itself, or a collection about it?It is not TensorFlow itself — TensorFlow is an open source library for numerical computation using data flow graphs. This repo is an index of resources split into ten sections, from Tutorials to Books.
Where should a beginner start with the list?Open the README's Table of Contents and pick a section; beginners should start in Tutorials — for example TensorFlow Examples or the Coursera Introduction to TensorFlow course.
Do I need to install anything or know Python to use it?Nothing to browse the list itself. Entries are mostly Python projects and Jupyter notebooks, with a few for other languages such as R and Ruby.
Is the material up to date with TensorFlow 2?Expect a mix of eras: classic implementations like Neural Style and DCGAN sit alongside recent TensorFlow 2 code such as Sarus TF2 Models and Model Maker for TensorFlow Lite.
Is this aimed at beginners or at more advanced ML people? Both ends of the spectrum: beginner tutorials with YouTube videos and Coursera courses sit next to annotated white-paper notes and research paper reimplementations.
What kinds of projects does it link to?Working reimplementations of well-known papers: DCGAN and CycleGAN for image translation, YOLO for real-time object detection, DQN and A3C for reinforcement learning, WaveNet for audio generation, U-Net for segmentation.
Are there libraries and tools listed too, not just tutorials?Yes — high-level libraries like Keras, DeepMind's Sonnet and TensorLayer, converters such as caffe-tensorflow, and utilities like ML Workspace, a web IDE bundling TensorFlow, Jupyter and VS Code in one Docker image.
Does it cover running TensorFlow on phones or small devices?Yes — tutorials for getting started with TensorFlow on Android and installing it on a Raspberry Pi 3, plus TensorIO, a cross-platform library for deploying TensorFlow Lite models to mobile.
What is Magenta?A research project listed under 'Powered by TensorFlow' that aims to advance the state of the art in machine intelligence for music and art generation.
