What is this?
A free, fully open-source library of TV and radio channel logos plus related tools (EPG, m3u converters, an M3U8 web player), hosted for direct access over IPv4 and IPv6.
Is this an app I install, or how does it reach my screen?
Neither — there is nothing to install. It is a set of hosted image files, m3u resources and browser-based web tools you reach by URL from your player or browser; the project itself stores no streams.
How do I hook it up to my IPTV player?
Point your player at the hosted logo and EPG URLs, or roll your own list: download demo.m3u, replace its sample CCTV1 entry with your local live links in a text editor, push it to a GitHub repo with Pages enabled, and subscribe to that URL.
What do I need on my end to build my own subscription list?
Just a text editor and a GitHub account — an m3u list is plain text served through GitHub Pages. No server, runtime or build stack is required on your side.
What should I watch out for before relying on it?
EPG data comes from the third-party site 112114.xyz with no accuracy guarantee; the /tv/m3u/ and /radio/m3u/ lists were collected from the internet, are for testing only and may stop working; the web player only accepts https source links.
What tools come bundled with the project?
An EPG interface, Bing daily wallpaper images, an online m3u8 downloader, TXT-to-M3U and M3U-to-TXT converters, and an M3U8 web player for testing live sources over https.
Why is it called 'direct access' — where is it actually hosted?
Everything is plain files auto-built from GitHub: the main domain live.fanmingming.com runs on GitHub Pages behind Cloudflare CDN, and the live.fanmingming.cn mirror is built by GitHub Actions onto Cloudflare Pages, reachable over IPv4 and IPv6.
Is it really free, and who keeps it running?
Yes — the README promises it stays permanently free, and the founder maintains it as a public, non-profit service. Users can star the repo or open issues, and report access problems via the Telegram bot @AirfoneBot.
