Contribution

This list began as a personal compilation of interesting things related to React. When it was initiated, React was still in beta, a special script was required to convert JSX to JS, and Flux (if you know what it was) had not yet been released. Today, React has become boring mainstream. Kindly refrain from using this list as an advertisement board or a space to promote your experiments. We focus on sharing entirely free resources here. Please feel free to propose updates for outdated projects and articles, as well as new contributions. I would prefer GitHub links, please. Your input and suggestions are wholeheartedly♡ appreciated. What is this?A curated list of resources, libraries, and tools for the React and React Native ecosystem, covering everything from frameworks to testing utilities.
Is this a library or just a list of links? It is an awesome-list: a categorized collection of links to other projects, articles, and tools, not code you install yourself.
How is the list organized?Entries are grouped into sections like Frameworks, Component Libraries, State Management, Styling, Testing, Routing, Charts, Internationalization, Animations, and a separate React Native section with its own subcategories.
Are entries vetted or is anything accepted? The maintainer explicitly rejects using the list as advertising; only genuinely useful, entirely free resources are kept, and outdated projects are expected to be updated via pull requests.
Where should a beginner start?Start with the React Tutorials section, which includes the official React tutorial, interview Q&A, and architecture/design pattern guides before exploring frameworks and libraries.
Does it cover React Native too, or only web React?Yes, it has a dedicated React Native section covering navigation, awesome components, and libraries like react-navigation and react-native-maps.
What kind of component libraries are listed? It lists UI libraries such as shadcn-ui, ant-design, material-ui, chakra-ui, mantine, and react-bootstrap, among many others.
Is this still actively maintained?Yes, it continues to accept contributions and updates; the author notes it began when React was still in beta and has been kept current since.
Does it include real-world example apps built with React?Yes, the React Real Apps section lists open-source projects like Excalidraw, Mattermost, Kibana, and Webamp that use React in production.
