What is this?
A simple, beginner-level demo project built with Vue 2, Vue Router, and Vuex to show how the three pieces fit together in one small app.
Is this a reusable framework, or just an example app?
It is a small, complete example application rather than a library or framework — meant to be read and run as a learning reference, not installed into other projects.
How do I get it running?
Clone the repo, run 'npm install', then start the dev server with 'npm run dev' (which runs node build/dev-server.js); use 'npm run build' for a production build.
What do I need installed to run it?
Node.js 4.0+ (built and tested on Node 6.10) and npm 3.0+; the app itself only depends on vue, vue-router, and vuex.
Is this good enough to learn all of Vue, or just the basics?
It only covers the Vuex/Vue Router basics in a small app; the author points to a separate, more complex project if you want fuller coverage of Vue's features.
How should I preview the demo?
Open the demo URL in Chrome's mobile emulation mode, or scan the provided QR code with a phone, since the UI is designed for mobile screens.
What does the Vuex setup actually show?
It walks through creating a store with actions and mutations and wiring it into the root Vue instance, so you can see the full state-management flow end to end.
Why build this tiny project instead of jumping to something bigger?
To give beginners a small, fully-functional app where the whole vue2+vuex+vue-router flow is visible at a glance before moving on to more complex projects.
