Flipper README

The project's README from github.com/UberGuidoZ/Flipper. As one markdown file: README.md.

Playground (and dump) of stuff I made, modified, researched, or found for the Flipper Zero.

Looking for Infrared (IR) codes? Head over to the IRDB! Just want to download part of any repo? Try over here!

If you're new to github in general, check out this great guide from Wr3nch!

Other great spots for help can be found at the Official Discord, Official Docs, Awesome Flipper, or the Official Forum.

Also make sure to check out codeallnight's Flipper Zero Tutorials for tons of useful info and insight.

If you see MannyGoldstein around your fav place (Discord, socials, etc.) give them a fist bump from me!

Donation Information

Nothing is ever expected for the hoarding of digital files, creations I have made, or the people I may have helped.

I've had so many asking for me to add this.

What is this?A personal playground and dump of files for the Flipper Zero: stuff the author made, modified, researched or found, free for anyone to grab and try on their device.
So it's not an app — what am I actually getting?A pile of ready-to-use files for the Flipper Zero gadget rather than software you install: you browse the repo and copy whichever files interest you onto the device.
How do I get one of these files onto my Flipper?Nothing to build or install: download just the parts you want — the README links a helper site for downloading part of a repo — and copy the files onto the Flipper's storage.
Do I need to already own a Flipper Zero for this to be any use?Yes — everything here targets the Flipper Zero itself, so without the device there's nothing to load the files onto.
I'm brand new to the Flipper — where do I go to learn the basics? The README points to the Official Discord, Official Docs, Awesome Flipper, the Official Forum, and codeallnight's Flipper Zero Tutorials for 'tons of useful info and insight'.
Is everything here free, or does the author want something for it?It's GPL-3.0 and the author expects nothing: donations (BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC or PayPal) are purely optional and go toward testing hardware 'and maybe caffeine'.
Where do I find infrared codes then? Not in this repo — the README immediately redirects IR hunters to the separate IRDB collection.
Is there a discount code for buying a Flipper?Yes: the author shares a Lab401 link good for 5% off, or you can use the code UberGuidoZ at checkout.
I've never used GitHub — can I still download the files?Yes — the README links a beginner's guide to GitHub by Wr3nch.
