What is this?
A curated list of full-time job openings for new college graduates, covering software engineering, quant, and product management roles at companies that are hiring.
Is it a job board with its own site, or just a page I read?
It is a GitHub repository: one curated list you browse right in the README. Nothing to install and no sign-up — you read through the openings and follow up on each application yourself.
How should I actually work through the list?
Pick your track — SWE, quant, or PM — go through the matching openings, and apply via each posting. Since listings can close, confirm a role is still open before investing time in an application.
Does it cover internships too, or only full-time roles?
Only full-time positions. The collection is scoped to full-time roles for new graduates, so if you are hunting an internship you need a different resource.
Is this for students still in college or for people who have already graduated?
For new grads — people finishing a degree who are looking for their first full-time role in software engineering, quant, or product management.
How up to date are the listings?
Actively maintained: automated GitHub Actions workflows keep the READMEs refreshed, so entries do not sit stale the way a hand-edited list would.
Are the roles verified before they are listed?
Yes — additions from the community pass a contribution approval workflow before appearing, and the list is run by the Simplify team.
Do I need a GitHub account to use it?
No. It is a free public repository you can read without an account; you only need one if you want to submit a new opening.
