What is this?
A continuously updated, community-maintained list of websites that let you use ChatGPT (and other chatbots like Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek) for free or cheaply, often without logging in.
Is this a tool I install, or just a list of links?
It's just a markdown table of third-party websites — there's no app or code here, you open the README and click through to whichever mirror site you want to try.
How is the list organized?
Each row has a site link, a set of emoji tags describing it, the date it was added, and a short note about what the site offers.
Can I count on every listed site to be truly free and reliable?
No — many entries have strings attached, marked with emoji: some need you to log in, request an API key, or top up credit before you can chat.
Is it safe to enter my data or account on these mirror sites?
These are unofficial third-party mirrors, not OpenAI itself; some even require following a public WeChat account or paying to top up, so your data isn't covered by OpenAI's own privacy terms.
What do the emoji tags next to each site mean?
Symbols flag each site's catch: 🆓 free, 🔒 login required, 🔑 needs an API key, 💰 needs paid credit, 👀 follow a WeChat account, 💪 supports GPT-4, 🧰 offers more than chat.
Which chatbots can I reach besides ChatGPT?
Several listed mirrors also proxy Claude 3.5/3.7 Sonnet, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek V3, and some add web search, file upload, or image generation on top of plain chat.
Why use a mirror instead of chatgpt.com directly?
Mirrors let you skip login and OpenAI's paywall to reach GPT-4-level models or Claude/Gemini for free, which the official sites don't offer without an account or subscription.
How often is the list updated?
Very actively — nearly every entry carries its own added-date, and dead or paywalled mirrors get pruned or replaced as new free ones show up.
