Alternative thumbnails Adds options to replace video thumbnails using the DeArrow API or image captures from the video.

Seekbar Adds options to show old seekbar thumbnails, disable precise seeking when swiping up on the seekbar, slide to seek instead of playing at 2x speed when pressing and holding, tapping the player seekbar to seek, hiding the video player seekbar, enabling seeking in live streams, and expanding the live stream DVR duration.

What is this?This repo holds the patch definitions used to build Morphe, a modified version of the YouTube and YouTube Music Android apps that adds ad-blocking, SponsorBlock, Return YouTube Dislike, and dozens of customization options. It is a continuation of the ReVanced patching work.
Is this an app I install, or something I apply to an app?It is not an installable app itself — it is a set of patch definitions (146 total, covering YouTube and YouTube Music) that a patcher tool applies to the official stock APK to produce the modified app.
How do I actually get a patched app from this?This README only documents what each patch does; you still need a ReVanced-style patcher (CLI or manager app) to download a supported stock APK and apply this patch bundle to it, since the repository itself just defines the patches.
Do I need to root my phone to use these patches?No — the GmsCore support patch lets the patched app run without root by using a different package name instead of relying on Google Play Services, though some features (like branding) still behave differently on rooted/mounted installs.
Will these patches work on any YouTube APK version?No, each patch set only targets a specific pinned list of official app versions (listed per app as 'Supported versions'); patching a version outside that list isn't supported.
